Privacy Policy

■ Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

  • DIGIPRESSURE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) collects and uses personal information for the following purposes.

  • 1) When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of its retention period or the fulfillment of its processing purpose, the Company will destroy the information within 7 days.
  • 2) If the agreed retention period has expired or the purpose has been achieved but other laws require continued retention, the information will be stored in a separate database or in a different storage location.
  • 3) The procedures and methods of personal information destruction are as follows.
    • - Destruction procedure: The Company selects the personal information to be destroyed, obtains approval from the Personal Information Protection Officer, and proceeds with destruction.
    • - Destruction method: Electronic files are destroyed using methods such as low-level formatting to prevent recovery, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

■ Rights and Obligations of Users and Legal Representatives and Exercise Methods

  • 1) 1) Users may exercise the following personal information rights at any time:

    • - Request suspension of processing
  • 2) The rights above may be exercised via written request, phone, email, or fax, and the Company will promptly respond.
  • 3) If a user requests correction or deletion of inaccurate information, the Company will not use or provide the data until the issue is resolved.
  • 4) If the user is under 14, a legal guardian or authorized representative may exercise the rights above. The legal guardian has full rights on behalf of the child.
  • 5) Users shall not infringe on their own or others’ personal information or privacy by violating relevant laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act or the Personal Information Protection Act.

  • The Company uses “cookies” to store and retrieve user information to provide personalized and customized services.
    • 1) Purpose of cookies: Analyze access frequency and visit times, identify user preferences and behavior, track participation in events and visits, and provide targeted services and marketing.
