  • 2) If the agreed retention period has expired or the purpose has been achieved but other laws require continued retention, the information will be stored in a separate database or in a different storage location.
  • 3) The procedures and methods of personal information destruction are as follows.
    • - Destruction procedure: The Company selects the personal information to be destroyed, obtains approval from the Personal Information Protection Officer, and proceeds with destruction.

Terms & Conditions

Article 1 Purpose

This Terms of Service sets forth the terms, conditions, and rules for the use and operation of the services provided by "Site Name" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Article 2 Definitions

The main terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows.

① Member : A user who agrees to the terms of the Site, provides personal information, registers as a member, enters into a service contract with the Site, and uses the Site.
② Service Agreement : A contract concluded between the Site and a member in relation to the use of the Site’s services.
③ Member ID (hereinafter “ID”) : A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member for identification and service usage.
④ Password : A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to verify identity and protect rights, used together with the assigned ID.
⑤ Administrator : The person responsible for operating and managing the Site.
⑥ Termination : The act of a member canceling the service agreement.

Article 3 Rules Outside the Terms

The Administrator may announce and implement additional operational policies as needed. If there is any overlap between these Terms and the operational policies, the operational policies shall take precedence.

Article 4 Conclusion of Service Agreement

The service agreement is established when a person who wishes to register as a member agrees to the terms and conditions and the Administrator approves the application.

Article 5 Application for Use of Services

① A person registering as a member to use the Site must provide the required information requested by the Site (such as user ID, password, nickname, etc.).
② A member who registers with false or stolen information or fails to provide accurate personal information shall not claim any rights related to the Site and may be subject to legal penalties under applicable laws.

Article 6 Privacy Policy

The site and its operator do not retain users’ passwords among the personal information provided during registration, and related matters comply with the site's privacy policy.

The operator strives to protect members’ personal information, including registration details, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The protection of members’ personal information is governed by the applicable laws and the site's defined privacy policy.
However, the operator bears no responsibility for information disclosed due to the member’s own fault.
If a member posts or distributes illegal content that violates public morals or national security, the operator may, at the request of relevant authorities, review the member's data and submit it accordingly.

Article 7 Duties of the Operator

① If the operator finds the opinions or complaints of members to be valid, they must handle them as quickly as possible. If prompt handling is difficult due to personal reasons, the operator shall make every effort to notify the member afterward via public notice, message, or email.
② To ensure continuous and stable service, the operator may request prompt repair or restoration if there are malfunctions or losses in the system. However, in the case of force majeure, such as natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances for the site or operator, service may be temporarily suspended.

Article 8. Duties of Members

① Members must comply with these terms, the rules set by the operator, notices, site policies, and relevant laws. They must not interfere with the site's operations or damage its reputation.
② Members may not transfer, gift, or use as collateral their rights to use the service or their contractual status without the site's explicit consent.
③ Users must take great care in managing their ID and password, and must not allow third parties to use their ID without the consent of the operator or site.
④ Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the operator, the site, or third parties.

Article 9. Service Usage Hours

① Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year unless there are operational or technical issues. However, the site may temporarily suspend service for regular maintenance, system expansion, or replacement. In such cases, advance notice will be posted on the site’s homepage.
② The site may suspend service temporarily or permanently without prior notice in the following cases:
- In case of urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, malfunction, or failure
- In cases of national emergencies, blackouts, natural disasters, or other force majeure
- If telecommunication services are suspended by the service provider under the Telecommunications Business Act
- In case of a service overload or other reasons disrupting normal service
③ In such cases, the site will notify members in advance via a notice. However, if the suspension is due to uncontrollable circumstances, the notice may be given afterward.

Article 10. Termination of Service Use

① If a member wishes to terminate the usage contract with the site, the member must apply for termination online. Note that terminating the service use and terminating the entire usage agreement with the site may require separate procedures.
② Upon termination, any site-related programs linked to the user will be automatically removed from the member management screen, and the operator will no longer have access to the member’s information.

Article 11. Service Use Restrictions

Members must not engage in any of the following actions. If such actions are committed, the site may restrict the use of the service, take legal action, terminate the usage agreement, or suspend service for a specific period.
① Registering false information during membership registration or when updating information after joining
② Interfering with another person’s use of the site or stealing their information
③ Impersonating the site’s administrators, staff, or related persons
④ Violating the personal rights or intellectual property rights of the site or third parties, or interfering with their operations
⑤ Illegally using another member’s ID
⑥ Collecting, storing, or disclosing another member’s personal information without consent
⑦ Acts that are objectively judged to be associated with criminal activity
⑧ Any other acts that violate relevant laws or regulations

Article 12. Management of Posts

① The operator is responsible for managing and operating posts and materials on the site. The operator must monitor for inappropriate content at all times and, upon discovery or report, delete such content and warn the member who posted it. Members are fully responsible for their own posts and must not upload content that violates these terms.
② If corrective action is requested by public institutions such as the Communications Standards Commission, the operator may delete or move posts without prior consent from the member.
③ The criteria for determining inappropriate posts are as follows:
- Content that seriously insults or damages the reputation of another member or third party
- Content that violates public order or traditional customs
- Content promoting illegal copying or hacking
- Content that is for commercial advertisement
- Content objectively recognized as being connected to criminal activity
- Content that infringes on copyrights or other rights of users or third parties
- Any other content deemed to violate relevant laws
④ If a third party requests the removal of a post due to defamation, intellectual property infringement, etc., the site and operator may temporarily suspend its display. If a legal dispute, settlement, or institutional decision occurs between the requester and the poster, the site will follow the outcome.

Article 13. Retention of Posts

If the operator is forced to shut down the site, prior notice will be given to members, and all efforts will be made to enable the transfer of posts.

Article 14. Copyright of Posts

① Copyright of posts uploaded to the site belongs to the member who posted them. The site cannot use such posts for commercial purposes without the member's consent, but may use them for non-commercial purposes and retains the right to display them within the service.
② Members may not arbitrarily process or sell information obtained through the service or use posted materials for commercial purposes.
③ The operator may delete, move, or refuse registration of any content deemed to fall under Article 12, without prior notice to the member.

Article 15. Compensation for Damages

: ① All civil and criminal liability arising from the use of this site shall primarily lie with the member.
② The site shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, or by the member's willful misconduct or negligence.

Article 16. Disclaimer

① The operator is not responsible if a member fails to obtain the expected benefits from the service or suffers damages from the selection or use of service materials.
② The operator shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by the service infrastructure or telecommunications services provided by other operators. Any related damages shall follow the site's terms of service.
③ The operator bears no responsibility for materials stored, posted, or transmitted by members.
④ The operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by a member’s own fault.
⑤ The operator is not responsible for any activities between members or between a member and a third party, including data transmission and community activities, both within and outside the service.
⑥ The operator is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, or accuracy of any materials posted or transmitted by members or available through the site.
⑦ The operator shall not be held liable for any damages arising from product transactions or other dealings between members or between a member and a third party through the service.
⑧ The operator shall not be liable for disputes between members or between a member and a third party that occur without the operator’s fault.
⑨ The operator is not responsible for damages to members caused by system failures due to equipment maintenance, inspection, replacement, or software operations without intentional or gross negligence, or by force majeure such as third-party attacks or undiscovered computer viruses not yet countered by recognized institutions.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms and conditions shall take effect from the date of site launch.
